The Populia series was held in a Biocratic Micro-state near the Aragonese town of Azuara, where all living creatures are sovereign. Azuara is a reality and not a laboratory experiment. The objective is to recover the original riverside ecosystem and then expand its limits, generating a small privately managed natural reserve.
